Allowing Pop-ups when Generating a Report
If you attempt to generate a report, and nothing happens, then that most likely means pop-ups are being blocked on your browser. You can allow pop-ups by clicking the "Pop-up blocked" icon in the browser address bar, as per screenshot below.
If prompted to allow pop-ups, select the "Always allow" option.
If wanting to prevent pop-ups from being blocked before you generate reports, then you can set up your browser to do so. Click the appropriate link below for specific instructions:

Note: Microsoft® Edge and Google Chrome™ (latest version) are the officially-supported internet browsers for the MealSuite SaaS (see MealSuite SaaS System Requirements > Browser for more information).

Setting Up Google Chrome™ to Prevent Blocked Pop-ups
For Google Chrome™, you can allow pop-ups as follows:
- From the top right, click the More icon (
), and then click Settings.
- From the left menu, select Privacy and Security, and then click Site Settings.
- Scroll down and click Pop-ups and redirects.
- In the Allow section, click Add (first screenshot below). The Add a site pop-up appears (second screenshot below).
- Enter the MealSuite URL and click Add.
Setting Up Microsoft® Edge to Prevent Blocked Pop-ups
For Microsoft® Edge, you can allow pop-ups as follows:
- From the top right, click the Settings and More icon (
), and click Settings.
- From the left menu, select Cookies and site permissions.
- Scroll down and click Pop-ups and redirects.
- In the Allow section, click Add (first screenshot below). The Add a site pop-up appears (second screenshot below).
- Enter the MealSuite URL and click Add.
