Resetting Your MealSuite System Password
If you forgot your password to the MealSuite core system, or just want to change your password, you can do so by resetting it. To do so, complete the following steps:
- If you are currently logged in, then log out.
- At the login screen, click Forgot Password?
- Enter your username and email in the respective fields, and then click the Send me reset password instructions button. A password reset email is sent to your email address from support@mealsuite.com.
- Open the password reset email and clck the Reset your password link.
- Enter your email, new password and confirm the password in the respective fields. Note that the new password must have at least eight characters and inlude one number, one upper case character and one non-alphanumeric character.
- Click the Reset Password button to set the new password and login to MealSuite.
FAQs
How long does my password stay active for if I don't use it to log into MealSuite core?
If you do not log into the MealSuite core system for a period of 90 days, your password will become inactive. If so, it will require to be reset as per above steps.

I am locked out of my account. How do I log back in?
You will be locked out of your account if you enter the incorrect password five times. When you are locked out, the system will automatically send you an email stating such with a Reset your Password link. Click the link and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Alternatively, on the login screen, you can click the link to receive an email containing instructions to unlock your account.
