If single sign on (SSO) for the MealSuite Portal app is not enabled for your account, then users will be required to login to the Portal App. This article explains how to sign in to the Portal app for the first time.
Prior to Signing In for First Time
Facility ID (aka location code) - A user will require their facility ID (aka location code) to login for the first time. The facility ID can be provided by your facility's nutrition manager or dietary manager. After signing in the first time with the facility ID, a user will not need to do it again for future sign-ins.
Note that depending on your account's system domain, a prefix may have to be entered in front of the facility ID:
- Synergy domain - preface the facility ID with "C". For example, C12345.
- dineOS - preface the facility ID with "US". For example, US12345.
- Revera domain - preface the facility ID with "R". For example, R12345.
- MealSuite domain - no prefix is required; enter the facility ID as is. For example, 12345.
PIN Code - a user will need to know their PIN code. For a resident, a PIN code can be their year of birth. A PIN code can be confirmed by your nutrition manager or dietary manager. Signing in for the First Time
- Tap the Get Started button. You are prompted to enter your Location Code (aka facility ID).
- Enter your location code (aka facility ID) and tap Go. As noted, if you do not know your location code, then contact your nutrition manager or dietary manager. Note that if in Canada, you have to preface the location code with "C". For example, C12207.
Note: After signing in the first time with the location code, you will not need to enter it again for future sign-ins.
- On the Welcome screen, if you are a resident, tap Staying with Us. If you are a staff member, tap On Staff.
- At the Sign In screen, enter your first name, last name, PIN code, and tap Sign In. If you are a resident, your PIN code may be your year of birth. You can confirm your PIN code with your nutrition manager or dietary manager.
- Congratulations! You are now signed into the app.
