You can choose what key nutrients you want displayed or printed in the following areas in your MealSuite account:

- Recipes at Scale Report (Production)
- Personal Menu Nutrient Summary Report (People)
To select key nutrients, complete the following steps:
- Select Tools & Setup > Recipe Tools. The following screen appears.
- Select the Key Nutrients tab on the right. The screen refreshes with sub tabs above main tab row.
- Select the sub tab of the MealSuite area for which you want to set key nutrients:
- Menu Edit - allows you to select the key nutrients to display on the Nutrient Analysis tab of a selected item on the menu day view,
- Printed Recipe - allows you to select the key nutrients to display on the Scaled Recipes Report (Recipes) (maximum six nutrients allowed).
- Nutrient Summary - allows you to select the key nutrients to display on the following reports:
- Analysis Letter - allows you to select the key nutrients to display on the Nutritional Analysis Report - Letter Size (Menus) (maximum 16 nutrients allowed).
- Analysis Legal - allows you to select the key nutrients to display on the Nutritional Analysis Report - Legal Size (Menus) (maximum 22 nutrients allowed).
- Upon selecting a sub tab, the nutrient table appears.
- A nutrient in green indicates the nutrients is selected to display. A nutrient in black indicates the nutrient is not selected to display. To toggle a nutrient to have it display or not, simply click the nutrient. Changes are automatically applied.
Note: If you are attempting to select a nutrient and it does not turn green, it indicates that you are editing a sub tab with a maximum number of nutrients that can be selected (e.g., the Printed Recipe sub tab). Therefore you will have to first de-select a nutrient to change it to black so that you can select another nutrient to change it green.
