About the Touch App Utilization Report
The Touch app utilization report displays a list of the people reports and production reports that were run in the Touch app within a defined date range. The Touch utilization report contains the following:
- Touch people reports and production reports that were run within a defined date range.
- The datetime stamp a Touch report was run.
- The username of the Touch user who ran a report.
- The meal period (breakfast, lunch, dinner) a report was run for.
- The production area associated with the report (if applicable).
Generating a Touch Utilization Report
To generate a Touch utilization report, complete the following steps:
- From the left navigation pane, select Utilization Reports. The Utilization Report screen appears.
- From the Date fields, select the date range to run the report for, and then click the Filter button. The report is generated. Note: The "MDA Worksheet" is the Service & Delivery Production Sheet.
Exporting the Report to an Excel® Spreadsheet
To generate the report to an Excel® spreadsheet, click the Export button at the top right corner.
