Running the Allergy Report
Under People Reports, tap Allergy (first screenshot below). The Allergy Report screen appears (second screenshot below).
- Select how you want the people to be organized in the report:
- Alpha - sorts people alphabetically.
- Meal Delivery - sorts people by dining area, and alphabetically within each dining area.
- Location - sorts people by residence area, and alphabetically within each residence area.
- Of the people selected to be in the report (step 4 below), you can list only those with an assigned allergen by selecting the Include only those with Allergies check box. If the Include Only Those With Allergies check box is clear (i.e., not selected), the report will list all people who are selected to be in the report (step 4 below), regardless if they have an assigned allergen or not.
- To include the date of birth of the people in the report (step 4 below), select the Include Date of Birth check box.
- Select the residence areas to determine what people are included in the report. Note: The order in which the residence areas are listed onscreen can be adjusted in the MealSuite core system; see Sorting the Residence Areas on the Initial Setup Screen for instructions. Any adjustments you make will take approximately 15 minutes to be updated in Touch.
- Tap the Create Report button, and the report appears.

The people that can be included in the report are pulled from their assigned residential areas that you select when running the report (instructions above).
Default Settings for the Allergy Report
Certain settings can be set by default when the Allergy report is run by the Touch app user. These default settings are set in the Touch Admin software. To do so, complete the following steps:
- In Touch Admin, select Report Presets. The Report Presets screen appears.
- Scroll to the PSR section.
- Select or deselect the default settings as needed:
- Include Only Those With Allergies - Of the people selected to be in the report, you can list only those with an assigned allergen by selecting the Include Only Those With Allergies check box. If the Include Only Those With Allergies check box is clear (i.e., not selected), the report will list all people who are selected to be in the report, regardless if they have an assigned allergen or not.
-
Include Date of Birth - includes the date of birth of the people in the report.
- Click the Update Report Preset button to apply your changes.
Sorting the Residence Areas on the Initial Setup Screen
The order in which the residence areas are listed on the initial setup screen can be adjusted. This adjustment is performed in the MealSuite core system as follows.
- Open the Facility Builder screen (Tools & Setup > Facility Builder).
- Select the Residences Builder tab to open the Residences Builder screen.
- Click the Set Delivery Sequence button. The Delivery Sequence slide-out panel appears (screenshot below).
- Expand the sections as needed. The second level (i.e., floors) and third level (i.e., areas) are what is represented on a Touch report setup screen. Sort the levels to their desired order by clicking and holding a level, and then dragging and dropping it to the desired spot.
- After you have created your sort order, click the Save Sequence button to apply your changes. The change can take up to 15 minutes to take effect.
Note that the above steps only change the order of residence areas on the initial setup screen, and do not affect how the residents are sorted in the actual report.
