About People Photos in the Touch App

Photos that you upload for a resident profile in the MealSuite core system will automatically appear in the following areas in the Touch app:

Note: If photos are not synching to the Touch app from the Core system, please open a support chat and ask for a live agent to perform a synch of the diner profile photos. If you are MealSuite Support, you can synch photos as follows: In the Touch Admin software, click the Sync People Photos option from the left navigation pane.

Taking Photo for a Person's Profile

If you are using the Touch app on a mobile device then you have the ability to take a photo for the person's profile. To do so:

  1. In the Touch app, under People Reports, tap People Photos (first screenshot below). The Manage People Photos screen appears (second screenshot below).

  2. In the Search For Resident field, begin typing the person's name and then select the person when the system provides the result.

  3. Click the Browse button and select Take Photo. 
  4. Follow the onscreen prompts to take the photo with your device and apply it to the person's profile.'

Uploading Existing Photo for a Person's Profile

If you have an existing photo on file for a person, then that photo can be used for a person's profile. This can be done either from a desktop computer or mobile device. 

  1. In the Touch app, under People Reports, tap People Photos (first screenshot below). The Manage People Photos screen appears (second screenshot below).

  2. In the Search For Resident field, begin typing the person's name, and then select the person when the system provides the result.

  3. Click the Browse button and select Choose From Library. 
  4. Follow the onscreen prompts to retrieve the photo from your library and apply it to the person's profile.
