What is a Portal App for AO Champion (Resident)?
Portal App for Advanced Ordering (AO) Champions are residents who take on a leadership role in supporting and teaching others to self-order on the Portal App.
What does a Champion need to know and do?

- Help peers download and log into the app for the first time.
- Share tips for navigating the app and placing orders.

Order Assistance
- Support peers in modifying orders or adding notes.
- Explain how to choose between pickup and delivery.

Dietary Awareness
- Help peers understand how the system accounts for dietary needs.
- Encourage residents to check for dropped orders and re-submit if needed.

Encourage Use
- Promote the benefits of using the app for convenience and control.
- Be available to answer questions and share your experience.
