Opening the People Listing Screen
Open the People Listing screen by selecting People > People Listing. If your account uses more than one people group, then each people group is listed as a tab at the top of the screen for you to select to see the profiles assigned to a specific group. In addition, the All tab is available that lists all profiles in your account across all people groups.
If your account is enabled with a Connect interface to your EHR, then profiles with unresolved messages are listed first (with red Connect alert labels in the Alerts column), followed by profiles with unacknowledged messages (with green Connect alert labels in the Alerts column).

Customizing People List via Search and Filter Tools
The Search and Filter tools on the People Listing screen can be used independently or in combination with each other to determine the people list displayed onscreen. If your search results are not what is expected, then adjust your search and filter settings accordingly.
Search
In the Search field, enter a full name or partial to return results that match your search criteria.
Filters
Returns people that match your inputted criteria. The following filters are available:
- Client ID - select one or more client IDs.
- Service Type - select one or more service types (non-select, table select, or advanc ordering).
- Room - select one or more options from hierarchy of building | floor | area | room | bed.
- Dining Area - select dining area(s) and/or In Room to return residents with in-room service.
- Status - Active profiles, archived profiles, and people with the Ignore Room status.
- Diet - select one or more diet types.
- Texture - select one or more texture types.
- Fluid - select one or more fluid types.
- Allergen - select one or more allergens.
Setting Preferred Columns on the People Listing Screen
You can customize the information on your People Listing screen by setting your preferred columns. Setting columns is useful when verifying information in your roster list, such as dining areas and service types. To set columns on the people listing screen:
- Select People > People Listing to open the People Listing screen.
- Click the Set Columns button. the Set Columns pop-up appears.
- For the columns you want onscreen, drag-and-drop them from the right side of the pop-up to the left side of the pop-up. To remove a column from the screen, drag-and-drop it from the left side of the pop-up to the right side of the pop-up
- You can determine the sort order of the columns displayed onscreen by clicking, holding, and dragging a column to it desired spot in the column list.
- Click Apply to apply your changes and close the pop-up.
Sorting How Information is Displayed Onscreen
You can sort how the the content onscreen is displayed by the information in a specific column. By clicking a column header, the info in that column will be sorted in descending order, and clicking it again will sort the screen in ascending order. Clicking it a third time reverts to no sort order.
The Export Button on the People Listing Screen
The people list displayed on the People Listing screen via your search criteria and preferred columns can be exported to an Excel® document as a roster report by clicking the Export button. For more information, and tips and tricks on working in Excel, see Generating Roster Reports in Excel®.

About Accounts with Culinary Pro License and Culinary Lite License
If your account is on the Culinary Pro license, the following info is not supported and as such will not be available as filters or columns:
