Viewing Extensions (i.e., Therapeutic Substitutes) of a Recipe

To view the substitute recipes that have been extended to the diet types and texture type combinations, and fluid types, complete the following steps: 

1. From the left navigation sidebar, select Menus & Recipes > Recipe Listings to open the Recipes Listing screen.
2. Locate the recipe you want to open. Use the filters and search tools if needed.
3. Click the Look Up Name link of the recipe you want to to open (first screenshot below). The recipe screen (second screenshot below) appears.
   
   
   
   
    

4. Click the Extensions tab. The Recipe Extensions section displays the recipe substitutions for the different diet type and texture type combinations.
