About the Diner Facing Statement Generator Report
The Diner Facing Statement Generator is a statement for one or more diners listing meal plan and bill-to-room transactions that were completed in the POS system.
Selecting People to be in the Report
Select the people to be included in the report via the following separate instructions: Selecting People to be Included in Reports.
Report Settings
After selecting the people to be included in the report, select Profile Reports and Lists > Diner Facing Statement Generator from the left side of the screen. The Diner Facing Statement Generator section appears.
Content
- Date - select the date range range from the From and To calendar fields. To enter a single date, keep the same date in each field.

- PDF - generates a PDF file that opens in a separate browser screen.

Excel Workbook - downloads Excel file of the transactions.

Sort by
- First Name↑ - sorts reports by first name alphabetically in ascending order.
- First Name↓ - sorts reports by first name alphabetically in descending order.
- Mealsuite ID↑ - sorts reports by client ID alphabetically in ascending order.
- Mealsuite ID↓ - sorts reports by client ID alphabetically in descending order.
- Live Location (Residence Areas)↑ - sorts reports by residence area alphabetically in ascending order.

FAQs
Can the diner facing statement be generated for staff members?
No, not at this time. Staff members still reside in the Touch Admin software, and those staff members do not exist in the Core system, from which the diner facing statement is run.
However, the diner facing statement is only for meal plan and bill-to-room transactions, and those transactions can be viewed for an individual staff member in the Touch Admin software. An individual diner can be selected from the Diner Management screen (available by clicking People Management from the left navigation sidebar).
