About the Presence and Well Being Report
The Presence and Wellbeing Report tracks when a resident has or has not placed an order for a selected meal service (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and day, either via the Touch app or the POS. If a resident has not placed an order, it can indicate a wellness check may be required for that resident.
- When a resident has placed an order the value is Present.
- When a resident has not placed an order the value is Absent or Refused.

Viewing Notes Added to a Meal Refusal
Via the Service Dashboard, the Touch app user can indicate that a meal is being refused (i.e., skipped) by a resident. While doing so, the user has the option of entering a note providing additional information about why the meal was refused. If such a note is entered for a meal refusal, then it is also displays.
