About the Weight Tab
The Weight tab of a person’s profile allows you to record and track a person's weight. The system will trigger an alert if the following weight gain/weight loss parameters are met, in addition to printing on the Weight Report (People):
- Weight loss > 5% in 30 days
- Weight gain > 5% in 30 days
- Weight loss > 7.5% in 90 days
- Weight gain > 7.5% in 90 days
- Weight loss > 10% in 180 days
- Weight gain > 10% in 180 days
Toggling Weight History Between Pounds and Kilograms
You can toggle the weight unit between lbs and kgs via the Weight History toggle switch. The system will automatically convert the weight units, regardless if the original weight entry was added in lbs or kgs.
Viewing Line Graph of Weight History
Click the View Graph button to display a line graph of the person’s weight history (the weight unit can be displayed in lbs or kgs via the Weight History toggle switch).

Adding a Weight Entry
By clicking the Add New button you can enter a new weight entry (in either lbs or kgs). Click the Add another weight entry link to display a new Weight and associated Date field. When you are finished entering the weights, click the Add button to apply the changes.
Adding Height, Ideal Weight Range, Usual Weight and Admit Weight
The following parameters can also be entered (in pounds or kilograms) by clicking the associated edit icon ():
- Height - enter their height (in feet and inches)
- Ideal Weight Range - enter the ideal weight range (minimum weight and maximum weight) and the date of when the ideal weight was set.
- Usual Weight - enter the person’s usual weight.
- Admit Weight - enter the person’s weight on their admit date.
After making changes in the Weight tab, click the Save button at the top right of the panel to save your changes.
FAQs
Is there a way to do bulk weight entry for multiple profiles?
No. At this time, bulk weight entry cannot be entered for multiple profiles.
