About Resident/Patient Profile Photos
Photos that you upload for a resident profile in the MealSuite core system will automatically appear in the Touch app and POS diner profiles. Also note that in the Touch app or POS system, you have the ability to upload profile photos. Doing so will automatically sync the photo to the core system.
In addition to profile photos appearing in the Touch app and POS, there is the option to include the photo in the following people reports:
- Meal Service Report (People) - lists Meal Service Details
- Snack Service Report (People) - lists Snack Service Details
Uploading or Replacing a Profile Photo
To upload or replace a person's profile photo, complete the following steps:
- Open the person's profile.
- Click the image placeholder at the top left of the profile panel and navigate to the photo on your computer or network.
or
- Select the photo and click Open. The Edit Image window appears, from which you have the ability to centre the image, zoom in or out, and rotate.
- Click Apply. The photo appears in the image placeholder of the person's profile (screenshot below).
- Click the Save button at the top right of the profile panel.
Editing a Profile Photo
To edit a resident's profile photo, complete the following steps:
- Open the person's profile.
- At the top left of the slide-out panel, place your cursor over the image and click the edit icon (first screenshot below). The Edit Image window appears, from which you have the ability to centre the image, zoom in or out, and rotate.
- Click Apply to apply your changes.
- Click the Save button at the top right of the profile panel.
Removing a Resident's Profile Photo
To remove a resident's profile photo, complete the following steps:
- Open the person's profile.
- At the top left of the slide-out panel, place your cursor over the image and click the trash icon (first screenshot below). A confirmation message appears (second screenshot below).
- Click Remove. The image is removed.
- Click the Save button at the top right of the profile panel.
