About Personal Item Notes
A personal note can be added to any item on a resident/patient's personal menu. This personal note (also known as an "item note") will print on the Meal Service Report (People), Snack Service Report (People), production reports, the IO and AO order screens in the Touch app, and KMS onscreen tickets and printed tickets.
For example, if coffee is a regular menu item served to your residents each morning, and a resident prefers their coffee in a foam cup with lid, you can add the note “In foam cup + lid” to the coffee item via that resident's personal menu.
