Removing a Personal Menu Customization
To remove a personal menu customization from a person's currently-assigned diet order, complete the following steps:
- Open the resident/patient's personal menu.

Click the Manage Customizations button to open the Manage Customizations window.
- For the desired customization, click its remove icon (
). A confirmation message appears. Click Delete to the confirmation message.
Editing a Personal Menu Customization
- Open the resident/patient's personal menu.

Click the Manage Customizations button to open the Manage Customizations window.
- For the desired customization, click its edit icon icon (
). The Edit modal specific to the customization type appears. The example screenshot below shows the modal for a DNS customization.
- Make your edits as needed, and click the Save button to apply your changes.
Customizations Added from a Diet Intervention
Customizations can be added as the result of a diet intervention assigned to the resident/patient. If a customization is the result of an intervention, then hovering your cursor over the customization icon states “[From Intervention: [Intervention name]”.
If you attempt to edit a customization added as the result of a diet intervention assigned to the resident/patient, then the message below appears stating that making edits to the customization will break its link to its intervention, which means if the intervention is subsequently modified, then those modifications will not be applied to the person’s profile.
