UI and Navigational Enhancements
Numerous areas of the Core system have undergone UI and navigational enhancements for an improved workflow and user-friendlier experience.
Menu Categories
Menu Categories have undergone a UI enhancement. Menu categories are now accessed from the Settings panel via Menus & Recipes Settings > Menu Categories.

The Residence Builder settings (campuses, buildings, residence areas, rooms and beds) have undergone a UI enhancement, and are now accessed from the Settings panel via People Settings > Residence Builder.

Dining Areas
The Dining Area settings have undergone a UI enhancement, and are now access from the Settings panel via General Settings > Dining Areas.

The functionality listed below has undergone a UI enhancement. Formerly these functions were accessed from Tools & Setup > Recipe Tools, and are now accessed from the Settings panel via Menus & Recipes Settings.
- Preparation Step Templates
- Changing Temperature Unit (Celsius or Fahrenheit) for a Recipe
- Using a Scoop as a Serving Utensil
- Creating Recipe Extension Templates (Corporate Account Users and Higher)
- Applying a Tag to a Recipe for Search and Identification Purposes
- Applying Labor Costs to Recipes
- Entering or Editing a Retail Price for a Recipe
- Enabling Retail Information for Recipes in your Account
- Setting the Unit of Measure (UoM) Preference for Recipes in your Account
- Creating a Recipe Box Label (for Corporate and System Accounts only)
Managing People Groups
The people group settings have undergone a UI enhancement, and are now accessed from the Settings panel via People Settings > People Groups.
